Whilst looking through some of my favourite blogs, I came across this post and I decided I would do my version. I love writing lists and this one just suited my mood at the moment. I know that its so easy to be miserable in todays world, all you have to do is look at the news or a paper and see the horrible things going on today. This post is all about appreciating the little things that make you happy in your day to day life. Sometimes the most simple nice things can happen, and it can make such a difference to your day. When you are nice to someone also it can do wonders for them, you can be so much happier all day long. Do a good deed and see for yourself.

I started this post last year, when I wasn't really at my blogging best. I have decided to start it up again. Maybe not every week but perhaps monthly? I thought it would be the perfect day to post this on Valentines day, sharing the love! So I have been suffering from major blogging block lately, it seems like since I took a break for a few months I couldn't get back into the swing of things. So lately I've been getting some inspiration from pinterest and looking over other blogs to try and get my mojo back. I started looking back over old posts of mine and found one that I used to do weekly. I forgot all about it and so I thought I'd bring it back in. It used to be called Like, Love & Loathe. I got the idea from another blogger but I can't remember who it was (sorry).

Lately I've had a lot of time to think about things, and I've also been prompted to look back quite a bit too. This post came about today because I received some bad news from my job. One of the clients I care for died yesterday, he was someone I had grown very close to and formed a relationship with him and his wife. I am still in complete shock and it is going to feel very strange not seeing him every day. This has caused me to think a lot about things in the future and also things in the past.

Five Years Ago Today ♥

I wanted to share a bit of a sentimental post with you, so I hope you don't mind. I kind of just wanted to document today on my blog, so that I can look back on this someday. Five years ago today I gave birth to my beautiful little girl Isabella-Rose Vaughan. It wasn't something that was 100% planned, but when I found out I was pregnant I was over the moon.
