Hello all you lovely readers - and thank you to all for being so patient with me. I am slowly trying to ease myself into blogging and aiming to get some organisation in my life. Juggling two jobs and a 5 year old in between church commitments and planning a wedding is hard! So yeah enough of the blabbing and get on with the post.

So today I have decided I will share my latest fitness goals with you for this year. For a long time I haven't been incredibly happy with my body. As women there are constant reminders everywhere that we aren't skinny enough or that our bums are too big or too small etc. The media bombards us with airbrushed fake pictures of women that just aren't realistic. There is one women that ignores all of this and shows us that strong, fit and healthy is sexy. Not skinny, malnourished and fake. That women is Kayla Itsines, Kayla is a 23 year old personal trainer that lives in Adelaide, Australia.

Fashion: Shop Focus - Ark Clothing ♥

Okay so we have to admit that sometimes we can go through phases when we tend to favour certain shops over others, or at least I do anyway. At the moment my biggest love is Ark Clothing, every time I go near one I find myself dragged in and wanting to buy everything inside.

I know this is most definitely a little later than I would of liked as I have only just got my new computer, but better late than never eh? This is in no way a boasting post or a look what I've got kind of post either, it is just simply me sharing with you what I was lucky enough to receive from my friends and family this year.

I'm baaaaaccckkkk! ♥

So it has been a long road back to here, but finally I am back with a lovely new computer and a definite new enthusiasm for blogging! I may have mentioned a few weeks back that my laptop broke before Christmas and that I haven't been able to blog at all. 

I lost loads of post ideas, filmed videos and just my want to blog completely. Until, my brand new iMac arrived today and I cannot wait to get back into blogging once and for all. I know it's silly but I really did not feel like blogging at all. I have so much to share with you all, and will be aiming to post everyday once I've got my mojo back so to speak.
