OGX Keratin Therapy Haircare Review

 I've been wanting to tell everyone about these products for so long. Today is finally the day I share my love for OGX haircare products. I'm currently using the Brazilian Keratin Therapy Range by OGX. There are so many different products and types of Shampoo & Conditioner, as well as oils and leave in sprays. Here I'm going to talk about the three I'm currently using, which include the Shampoo, Conditioner and the Flat Iron Spray.

Night out with the Girls

Sometimes you just need to let your hair down in a nice outfit to feel your best right? I went out last night with the girls/guys in Manchester Northern Quarter for some cocktails. We had a fab time, dancing the night away and trying all sorts of different drinks. I thought I'd share with you what I wore, and as I'm a budget friendly blogger, I'm going to show you that you don't need to spend a fortune to look and feel good!

Fitness Wish List

With fitness firmly on the brain this year, I have set out online and picked out a few bits from my favourite fitness retailers. Some of them are pricier than others, but as we are all on a bit of a budget most are easy to get your hands on. Here is my latest gym wish list - the fitness items I'm drooling over!

We Fitness Goals with Workwear Express

So today I'm talking about my fitness goals for this year, I have set myself the goal of getting fit and staying fit for 2016. I have been backwards and forwards in the gym for about 2 years, always beating myself up when I have a binge or don't workout. I decided to set myself the goal of changing fitness into my lifestyle rather than just a fad or one time thing. 

I want to become a stronger and healthier version of me. I'm finally happy with my body, but I just want to push myself further than ever before. 

To help me I have bought myself plenty of fitness gear to keep myself going and motivated. I will be sharing a post on what I wear to the gym in the near future.

I was kindly contacted by Workwear Express and asked to get involved with their #wefitnessgoals campaign. This was right up my street and I jumped at the chance.

Honeymoon Adventures in Cape Verde

Hello lovely people!

Thank you for all still following and reading, I appreciate I have been kind of MIA recently. I'm trying my best to keep on top of things and get a blogging schedule as such. I have just recently got back from my honeymoon and everything has been all over the show recently. With more days off now I will be back to blogging and making videos more often. 

So enough of the rambling on, I wanted to get the metaphorical ball rolling and start with a few of my pics from my honeymoon at the start of November. We went to the wonderful island of Cape Verde in Boa Vista, just 455km west of the coast of Africa. It is a beautiful little island, one which I never even knew about until my husband mentioned it.

#StayFitDontQuit with Get The Label

I've gone and done it again. Been away for too long and been major busy and forgot all about my blog. Well I didn't exactly forget, I just don't get a lot of time nowadays. Nevertheless I am here, and with autumn upon us I have lots of posts and videos planned for the up coming months. I will be here and you will not get rid of me. I absolutely love autumn and winter, so with all the snuggly-ness soon to come, my creative juices have been well and truly flowing.

So here I am with my next exciting post. You may of heard of some other bloggers getting involved with Get The Label and in the #StayFitDontQuit campaign. I got involved along with some others and was super excited because this is right up my street.

At the moment I'm getting ready for my honeymoon and I've been keen to stay fit and healthy, so this was perfect for me.

I was offered either a chance to try Bikram Yoga for 30 days or a Spinning Class for the same time. I chose Bikram Yoga as I'd heard it was really good. Boy was I in for a treat. Bikram Yoga is the original hot yoga, put together by Bikram Choudry himself. The room is around 105•F which is around 40•C. Not only does this come with great benefits for the body and skin, but the mind too. The class is 90 minutes, 26 yoga positions and hard work! But I loved it, and I feel great for it. So much so I'm tempted to join full time.

I was also kindly offered some attire for the occasion, in which I decided to choose a loose fit top and some trainers. Little did I realise that Bikram Yoga is practised bare foot, so I had no use for them in the end. But my new trainers have come in very useful at the gym thats for sure.

July Favourites/Empties

Okay so I know I'm a little late for this post, but I have had problems with cameras and other things. So I'm sorry this is a little late, but its finally here. My favourites and empties post from July. These are the things I loved last month and also the things I have used up. Some of these bottles are empty!

First of all I bought these new shampoo and conditioners by Tresemme last month and I love them so much. I've been on a spending ban recently, and therefore using up all of the things I already have before I buy more. So these are almost empty now, as I love them sooooo much. Not even exaggerating. These are the Tresemme Perfectly Undone Shampoo & Conditioner. These are silicone free and enriched with Sea Kelp extract which is great for perfectly undone hair, with mermaid tendencies. I love how this makes my hair feel, I only wash my hair once maybe twice a week (or try to). So when I use this its a real treat for my locks. I've been trying to grow my hair too, and it feels in such better condition recently. I think it may have something to do with these.

Summer Date Outfit with Weddington Way

Today I wanted to share with you a kind of outfit post with a twist. I was contacted by the lovely people at Weddington Way - a San Francisco based Wedding & Accessories on line store. I was asked to use one of their dresses to make a fun summer date outfit. I love doing these kinds of posts, imagining what I would wear, how I would accessorise etc. Right down to the makeup and nail polish I would use. 

So today I thought I would share what I would wear and how I might style it for a lovely evening out with the hubby.
